Haptics have been removed from the Music app unless I'm just experiencing a bug. The menu to add widgets looks a bit different as well.

EDIT: False alarm. Did a restart and haptics in Music are back

Haptics are still in the Music app on iPhone 11 Pro Max

Maybe it’s still behind from before you updated. Make it refresh, then see.

The weather widget was the same way in beta 3.

Usually a restart and waiting helps. It's not ideal, but it fixed it for me sometimes.
