What about states that aren’t using that system? Do you still need to manually import the digital card or “add to wallet” until it gets incorporated?

For NY, I’m stuck with either downloading an app or a temporary digital card that expires after a few weeks

Anyone have a list of states that will use SMART besides California?
Virginia's department of health just made available a downloadable page with a QR code, it has the SMART logo at the top and the page indicates that the code can be scanned by an app called Verifier to confirm validity of the record and information on the person. This is great that 15.1 will have this storable in the wallet. This solves so many issues!

It pulls the data from your medical provider. Issue is most people didn't get vaccinated at their own doctor's office.
The list of providers is very limited right now, mine isn't on the list, so this update is useless for me.

I didn't get vaccinated by my medical provider, which I don't have, but when I went to Kelsey Seybold and used their app, I saw my vaccination information on there. As for this feature, I'd like to use it since it just seems convenient. Living in a red state though, Texas, I doubt they'll get on board.

I was able to do this under iOS 14

This will be nice as I already received my Smart digital Covid Vaccine record thru the Ca. Dept of Health..

The NHS app has allowed COVID Vaccination certification to be uploaded to the wallet for several months now
