Which carrier? I use AT&T (postpaid, not prepaid)Has WiFi calling been fixed? iOS 16 broke it for me in that calls stop coming in after it's been on WiFi calling for 10-15 minutes or so.
This is honestly the only big bug I've seen on iOS 16 on my iPhone 11PM.
WiFi calling on AT&T has been flawless for me for the past 6 years. When I was in a previous home, it was the only way I could get calls in certain parts of my house or land.Which carrier? I use AT&T (postpaid, not prepaid)
WiFi calling has been the root of my temper tantrums dating back 3-4 years.
Took a short drive about 4 blocks away to a known place just to test 😏You volunteered as tribute and took a drive somewhere?

I went to college in Pittsburgh. I have great memories there. Dave & Andy's ice cream + The O (I know they've closed). I used to go to the Giant Eagle in Squirrel Hill!I’m east. Just past the Squirrel Hill Tunnel Monster n’at.
Am I crazy or does the Sun set in the SW now?
Does this mean the Earth might be flat as well?Well after the Autumnal equinox in a few days here in the N Hemisphere it will!

What issues are you having?
What kind of network setup do you have? Basic cable modem/router ISP equipment setup, or something more complicated? Slightly off topic for this thread, I supposeAbout 10 minutes after joining WiFi and being on WiFi calling, incoming calls and texts just stop working. I can place outgoing calls, and send texts, and doing so will "fix" it for a few minutes, but then it stops working again eventually. Amusingly, sending a text causes any incoming texts that were sent to suddenly arrive.
This has caused me to miss a couple of important calls since upgrading to iOS 16 so I've turned it off for now. Even the one bar of service at my desk is more reliable than WiFi calling through a solid wifi connection right now.
Heh, it is.What kind of network setup do you have? Basic cable modem/router ISP equipment setup, or something more complicated? Slightly off topic for this thread, I suppose
Interesting. I don't use pfSense but here are my UDP timeout settings in seconds. No issues with wifi calling;Heh, it is.
And I just solved it. I feel like a dumbass.
The UDP timeout for NAT on the router I was using was set to 60 seconds. Wi-Fi calling isn't very chatty and was being timed out. Once I set it to 180 seconds the problem went away.
If you use pfSense and WiFi calling has issues, look into this.
