No battery drain overnight on iPhone 11 running this beta.

Assuming you're referencing my post about checking the camera and GPS - I don't want to install 16.1 beta on my daily driver based on the dumpster fire that beta 1 was and I am sure others share the same sentiment. Just asking the questions that are on everyone's minds and the brave people who share their data after installing are performing a great service 🙂

Wasnt aimed at anyone specifically 👍🏼

Trying to replicate App Library search bar bug and I can’t, so this for me seems to be fixed.

if your that worried, I really wouldn’t put it on your daily. Just saying.

For me the cameras fine and the GPS looks spot on. Will test further on a walk but pretty sure this only effected 14s and I’m using a 12.

But keep reading this forum I’m sure you’ll find the info your after at some point. 👍🏼

Installed on my iPhone 14 Pro and its butter smooth compare iOS 16.0.1. Omg what a world difference it made. I’ve also checked all navigation apps I have and they all work 100%. I’m really happy I’ve installed beta 2. Really like new battery icon now!!

I wrote a feedback log to Apple reporting that the local dimming in the M1 iPad Pro was turning more zones on than it should in low brightness. After 3 months they answered me to verify the issue in the latest beta (cant check right now). Does this means they are looking into the issue or is just a bot?

I thought this beta fixed the paste permission problem?
Still getting them 🙁
You'll still get them if an app wants to access your clipboard stealthly.

What's changed is you only don't get them if the copy/paste action is user action.

would you say 16.2 beta 2 is stable enough for 14 PM now? or should i hold off one more beta?

Keep popping back on here today and see how it unfolds before you jump in.

Might be safer on beta 3 next week. But then that might be a new host of problems. Who knows.

The biggest issue for me on iOS 16.0 on my iP 13 PM is battery drain. I will jump back on the beta train in a heartbeat if someone could confirm that the battery drain has been fixed or at least, improved.

Is anyone having a problem with restoring in-app purchases?

I have an app installed - Weather Perfect - that sometimes forgets about my in-app subscriptions. Usually tapping the “Restore Purchases” button in the app fixes it. But on this beta it spins for a few seconds but does nothing. If I attempt to purchase again it says I already have the subscription.

I just wanted to see if it was a beta issue before reporting it to the developer.

No problem here
