Haven’t had any problems yet. Home pod up to date. I’m on the beta. Hollys on 16.1.

But all we do is listen to the radio or airplay Spotify or music app over

Unless you have applied the developer beta audioOS profiles to each one of your HomePods then you will still be on 16.1. Easy enough to check the version number within the home app if you wanted to make sure.

Nope. By design. And can be switched off.

There is no option to turn this off on the M2s. We are stuck with dynamic orientation.

I just encountered that the autofocus of the stock camera app is not working, I.e. the focus field (yellow square) is not kicking in when I launch the camera app, regardless of which of the cameras of my 14PM I‘m using.

Similar observations?

From all these posts, looks like this 16.2 beta 1 is one of the buggiest betas in a while, staying clear of the beta train for the holidays.

Was thinking close to the same after beta 2. Loving the battery life, but the camera lock screen and in call volume control bug is very annoying.

Does anybody else have the bug with the swipe down on the springboard to bring the Spotlight and half of the time the Siri suggested apps don't appear?
Sometimes they do and sometimes it's just the search field with the keyboard.

I'm having that bug since iOS 16 and it persists on the 16.2 beta 1...

This beta is really bad in terms of battery life. I just use the music app with m4a files and safari. Battery today - 50 % within 3 hours. Restart of the iPhone changed nothing.

Not seeing them missing rather I am getting Suggestions that make no sense.

On a Teams call I swiped down and get the following suggestion:
Join the call
Turn on Do Not Disturb until 7AM

WTH? The suggestions make no sense.

Noticed the same thing. The Siri Suggestions are utter bollocks and what pisses me off even more is that I can't swipe them away to clear them.

Anyone else's awards category disappear from the Fitness app this morning?

Methinks they're doing some service-side tweaks which are not completely hidden from the public.

2:26PM PT - now they're back

Got my first “News” pop-up in the Weather app this morning. I guess deleting the News app doesn’t stop this rather annoying behavior.
