Safari performance on this build is awful. So slow and often unresponsive
Ok ive isolated my problem. It was Contacts iCloud syncing constantly. I switched off the toggle in iCloud and location services are back to normal and battery on 16.1.2 is sweet now.
God knows how and why they are related to each other.
If someone with similar problem wants to check it out for me on Beta 4 please![]()
As it says on the first post in this thread, open safari and paste: "applefeedback://". It will open the feedback app. It's always there, but hidden on releases and release candidates. If you don't like that, you can type from anywhere: "https://feedbackassistant.apple.com/".Can anyone try to use the following two buttons on a notification from the lockscreen when your album cover is set to full screen? These buttons have not been working since iOS 16 has been released and still not fixed on the latest final release. I don't know how to provide bug related feedback without the feedback app (I am not on the beta)

Unfortuantely I need Contacts syncing to iCloud because my organization uses Intune. It's the only way I get contacts at all is having Outlook export them and then it syncs to iCloud for my iPad and mac. Turning it off is not a solution.Seems to have worked for me too.
Hi, I’m having this problem since 16.2. I didn’t have this issue at all on 16.1.2. Is there any fix to this? I already erased my phone, iPad, MacBook and restored from iCloud backup but the issue hasn’t gone away. I was so close to start from scratch without restoring from a backup which I want to avoid. Do you think another update would fix this?Find my iPhone, Motion Calibration & Distance, Networking & Wirleless and Satellite Connection are the culprits on my device.
Hi did this get fixed? If so can you please share how?My iPhone is constantly using system based location services on this beta. Done hard reset etc.

As a feedback, there are reports of location services always on, more than one (and less than 10![]()
Did RC fix this for you?I downgraded my 14 Pro to 16.1.2. Set up as new device.
And guess what getting similar location behaviour on 16.1.2.
I might wait for RC now.

Thank you for letting me know. I’ll hold off doing another fresh install and set up new, that’ll only drive me crazy.Nope. The same behavior unfortunately.
I’ll have to wait for the update. It’s really good to know this so I can just let it be for now. I appreciate it!Yeah its back in 16.2
Gotta live with it i guess.
It’s not too bad but compared to 16.1.2, it’s definitely draining over night..At least i didn’t notice impact on the battery usage.
