iOS 16.2 Beta 4 ― Bug Fixes, Changes, and Improvements

the truth is that the battery life on my iphone 13 pro is normal. It is also true that in beta 2 I restored due to problems with the apple watch, and perhaps that could influence subsequent installations, helping to have fewer or no errors.
on the other hand, in these betas of ios 16.2, the percentage of battery health is dropping too quickly without doing many cycles. In the last two weeks I have done 10 cycles and it has dropped 2%, when from 100% to 99% it did so with 87 cycles. Maybe when the final version comes out I will restore it to recalibrate that percentage, because it is clear that this indicator is wrong, because the battery life is still excellent. but if I dare to sell you, put there 96% subtracts value haha
 
Battery is okay on my iPhone 12 mini.

Messages - Landscape

I have 16 message threads. If I select Edit I am unable to select the bottom thread.
This is a carryover bug since 16.0

In landscape works fine on my 13 ProMax.
 
I’m using this b4 since 2 days, looking ok, noticing a very slow loading in changing appearing of the customization page. This one page I mean. When opened one time it is okay, but after some time it completely reloads and takes like 5 seconds or more to load.

Is there something I’m doing wrong or a setting I need to fix in order to correct this? None of my photos or videos that have been previously sent show up automatically anymore. I wasn’t sure if it was an issue with the beta or if I’m the only one having this issue.

You are not the only one. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max with iOS 16.2 Beta 4 and am experiencing the same issue with iMessages and Media files. I have been experiencing this since Beta 3. It is not on every single photo sent. It is random and happens every now and then.

Can anyone try to use the following two buttons on a notification from the lockscreen when your album cover is set to full screen? These buttons have not been working since iOS 16 has been released and still not fixed on the latest final release. I don't know how to provide bug related feedback without the feedback app (I am not on the beta)

This is working for me. I just tried that.

On this beta on my iPad Pro, I get notification badges on folders, but not specific apps. Is anyone else having this issue? I’ve already reported it via the Feedback app.

Same here on my 14PM. This is a bug that I have since iOS 16. Tried clean install etc, but didn’t work.
 
Ok ive isolated my problem. It was Contacts iCloud syncing constantly. I switched off the toggle in iCloud and location services are back to normal and battery on 16.1.2 is sweet now.

God knows how and why they are related to each other.

If someone with similar problem wants to check it out for me on Beta 4 please :D

I get total count on the folder (13 ProMax and iPad Pro 11) and when I open the folder the individual apps get their respective badge.
