I've not updated to the new Homekit because it's not compatible with non-iOS 16 devices.

I've not activated the new Notes passcode feature for the same reason. (I"m still bitter, after all these iOS versions, when my older devices lost access to Reminders after iOS 13).

So ... this new iCloud encryption option (https://www.apple.com/newsroom/imag...anced-Data-Protection_inline.jpg.large_2x.jpg) - is anyone brave enough to activate it and see if they lose access to stuff on non-iOS 16 and non-Ventura devices?

It wouldn’t let you activate the ADP if any of your devices are on older versions of OS. Asks you to either update or remove the devices that are incompatible.

Thanks for checking! I've got a backup phone that won't go above iOS 15, so I'll pass on this unfortunately.

Can someone please let me know if the messages app reloading bug is still present? Thank you
Yes, the ‘bug’ is still there. It actually might just be the new design - people maybe like that the app resets to the list of conversations rather than staying within one

At some point today, would anyone be so kind as to check to see if this Apple Music bug is still present?

Much thanks.

Previous bug:
After you remove an album from your library, or even a song from a playlist, the album/playlist disappears from the “Recently Played” section in the Listen Now tab. And then, even if you listen to the album again afterwards, it won't reappear under “recently played”.
To check this, simply:

• Add any album to your library

• Play a few seconds of a song so that the album appears under “Recently Played”

• Delete the album from your library

• Does the album still appear under “Recently Played”, or has it disappeared?

Thank you!

a "d" build number straight to RC. That feels like a first.

In any event, very excited for a new update.

‘d’ build this came from guys and girls.

Just whenever the whole RC only comes from an ‘a’ build convo starts.
Actually THIS build may not have been a “d”. The last build (58) had 4 revisions so IT was a “d”. No one knows how many this one had. It’s a totally different build so possibly only 1 revision so could be “a” build or could be an “f”. Just sayin……..😆
