Spoke too soon. Now it's happening on MBP and iPad Air too. Even the Apple Music account on the HomePods shows email instead of the name. Resetting the settings and signing out and back into iCloud doesn't help. Driving me nuts. @StumpyBloke @mszilard
Have you tried restarting the devices?
Did you turn off icloud sync for Contacts? That resolved it for me and one other that suggested it. At least until Apple addresses it.
Edit: That workaround may not be working on this build.
For my 13PM, Networking & Wireless is going without a break.
Looks fine on my device. I updated to the new Home Architecture as well.

Has it improved the 120hz promotion I remember someone saying it fixed animated layout is it noticeable at all
It might be to prevent effectively cryptolockering your account if you get compromised.
Aka someone gets past your MFA and adds a device to your account, sets ADP up then remote wipes the other devices locking you out of the backups.
The date may be because of the testing part of ADP but I would expect a possible new device cooldown to enable the feature because of those fears.
But then again it could be a bug...
Users with the over-aggressive Location bug should try Reset Network Settings. It’s worked for me in the past.
