With this update, any VM I try to play runs for 2 seconds then stops.
Old, New, Archived, Marked for deletion, doesn’t matter which.

Transcription works just fine though - or at least as fine as it can.

Oh wow, Apple Music Sings works pretty good. AI is able to almost completely filter out vocals. I’m impressed!
Oh, yes. But the UI looks buggy - the way the mic icon behaves is a little chaotic. And the way the filter kicks in and out from the song is abrupt. There are some apps that offers the same functionality - Transcribe+ and Moises do that in a very smooth way. Apple should take some inspiration.

And also - to be a full capable karaoke machine, it lacks the pitch and speed changer as well. If Apple put them in and add a bluetooth microphone pairing capability on the AppleTV... bye bye karaoke boxes :D

The game stutter on ProMotion devices is still not fixed :( I still see stutter in the most basic games that have ProMotion enabled whenever I touch the screen, but none when I don't touch it...

C'mon Apple, are you gonna make some of your best paying customers suffer for so long!?

Ive noticed when you go from full vocals to less, it’s abrupt, but as long as you set the vocals to 95% or so, it works smooth

**** Apple. The iPhone 14 pm stutters while gaming. What a waste of $1000.

To check this, simply:

• Add any album to your library

• Play a few seconds of a song so that the album appears under “Recently Played”

• Delete the album from your library

• Does the album still appear under “Recently Played”, or has it disappeared?

Thank you!
Did exactly as you requested on 16.2 RC. Album disappeared from Recently Played after it was deleted from the Library.

Advanced data protection not available in Australia yet :(

Thought that would be a global release… why restrict it to US only for such an important feature?
Dang! that sucks. :( Hopefully, it roles out soon. I wonder if it has to do with the government and the regulations based on the country.

Update: Looks like it is.

I was assuming it's more that they need to roll it out to the servers they use to host iCloud data. They made a comment saying it'll come to other countries early 2023, so it doesn't seem like they're relying on govt approvals.

Did you turn off icloud sync for Contacts? That resolved it for me and one other that suggested it. At least until Apple addresses it.
I did try that, no joy. 95% of the time the little arrow is on. I don’t even know which focus is on because the arrow i always shown. I even tried to turn off all location services, losing things as night shift, but the icon is on. Frustrating

Anyone else’s Home shows email instead of the name of the owner?
Only started happening since 16.2 but shows just fine on macOS.
