Same here, but with a HomePod mini now not being able to connect, and despite rebooting, removing from HomeKit and resetting the HomePod, it still won’t connect to WiFi. And my iPhone 13 PM and M1 iPad Pro on 16.4.1 can’t remember the WiFi password. All three devices were rock solid on 16.4.
16.4.2 incoming soon then, I guess. Still would have been worse on Android or Windows though 😂🤣

Anyway on a serious note, let's hope Apple fixes these problems soon. Fixing issues just to have others pop up is never any fun, I hope too many Cooks aren't spoiling the broth...

iPhone 12 Max and no issues so far. I did note that Apple forced me to use two-factor on my backup iCloud (secondary for other use).

Other than that, and I would even call it this, no issues so far.

Memory management and memory access bugs. Sounds like c/c++ pain points. I wonder if apple will ever consider using rust in the kernel ?
Well, for non-kernel code, at least, they have started to use Swift more. Notably in iMessage processing (and increased further after Pegasus/FORCEDENTRY).

This update downloaded itself and installed very quickly after being released. I normally wait and install the old fashioned way through iTunes, but my iPad Air 5 automatically downloaded and installed in its own. I was able to do an update via iTunes on my XS Max, though.

I checked with my parents their iPhones already downloaded and installed automatically. Maybe Apple is pushing hard with these security updates.

How do one know if my device has been hacked? With other vendors after a breach like this you have instructions where to look for malicious files. (Asking because I have received multiple SMS:es from unknown numbers with links that look like instagram)

Not only does 13.3.1.

fix Actively Exploited Vulnerabilities, no, it f%#ks up my carefully selected wallpapers, too. Thanks, Apple. If you are wondering about the font, well, that's just iOS with copy and paste and I couldn't be bothered to fix it.

The WebKit vulnerability could allow maliciously crafted web content to execute code.

I'm so glad we can use other sandboxed browsers on iOS with different engines that don't get hacked grating root access on a daily basis... /s

You would perhaps not be so happy with a third party browser that ran like a dog in its own little sandpit. Although I concede you could lead a life of blissful ignorance if your browser X stealthily worked away at your privacy while all WebKit bugs in WebKit components get squished at the same time.
