Our primary internet provider in SW !rural! Oregon has pushed changes to devices it serves, trying to force LTE to 4G and even 5G. I am trying to keep this report generic, so let's just say a very expensive three floor MESH network broke, physical nodes became inaccessible, both of our theater spaces broke. One Apple plus Onkyo, another Google and Alexa. Right now, although we have cut back to a single point wifi provision, iCloud networking fails, Messages do not propagate to all devices as they did before the latest upgrade. Aging devices have, without warning, failed to network, such as a trusty iPad 9.7" iPad with a Pro designation, a warrior of technology, neglected by some suite of operating system cubicles. Does this remind me of the late 1980s when PCs required regular resetting, rebooting, cache cleaning or replacement? Do the techies who brought business offices those rolling disasters now work for Apple?
Actually is it worth to upgrade 16.4 from 16.2 , I am using iPhone 13 mini and I am afraid the battery drain and all the bug will freeze my mobile ,thanks all of you
