Was in setting looking up an older entry and noticed that once I scrolled down the search bar dropped and covered the back option. It also covers part of the left frame. See below.

Sadly I do not, I’ve never needed it so I always skip on it, lesson learned! Our blind faith in Apple maybe hasn’t been the best choice, but we will continue on that path.

Well, the Hardware Service is covered for 1 year. It's worth giving Apple a call to see if you can request a new replacement iPhone? I wouldn't mention anything about the battery life tho. It has to be a hardware issue. 😵‍💫

Just turned them on for the keyboard and no way would I want them any stronger on my 14P. Definitely not faint, can really feel it.

Better haptic engine on newer phones
maybe.

Haptics system wide are really strong. Bringing up the quick sheet from an app on the home page for example.

I'm on a 14 Pro Max and haptics are pants!

This is crazy. I wish I could show you how haptic my phone is. Even if I have slightly more sensitive or responsive to touch fingers say, no way would my haptics need to be any stronger. It just wouldn’t be a nice experience if they were. Spins me out stuff like this on identical phones. It should be the same.

So your 5 months off your phone being a year old. They say anything from 3-5% is healthy or expected depending on usage.

Now forgive me if I’m wrong but just what I see on here, and I’m not trying to dig you out here, but, I feel you do hammer your phone to its full at times, most of the time, everyday 😆.

You have a lot of photos, a lot of emails, a lot of missed calls and messages… all of that will quickly pile into high battery usage and take a toll on its health.

So I wouldn’t worry. Comparing it to the 13pro max, you didn’t have the DI or AOD, is a consideration for that.

I really wouldn’t worry. When it hits 83% whatever it is Apple will replace it. So enjoy it. Hammer it. Not literally.

Anyone have anything similar to this within home settings/software update in the home app? It's been like this for the last couple of versions but according to the Eve app, the devices are already up-to-date (matter updates).

It’s not to do with a beta release it’s how many times you’ve been charging it or left your phone on charge along time.
Well I believe each time you update it does force iOS to check the battery health again, so it could be refreshing more frequently if you update to each beta. Betas do tend to have worse battery life than release versions so if it's a real concern it might be best to stay on public releases.

@redbeard331

Definitely get it checked out.
My 13PM sits all night on a 50W charging stand and never has seen any kind of control. It gets used pretty heavily till lately, bought at launch and sits at 96%.

The betas have not really seemed to effect the number however it does seem to “update” sometimes after a new beta load.
