FYI the Teams app was updated today.
Thanks for the ideas. Nothing is showing other than the Weather activity for a few hours overnight that others have mentioned. Photos has background activity, but only for ~10-15 min per hour. You got any runaway apps over processing? Have a look in battery settings.
Massive photo album still syncing or stuck?
Tried a couple of hard restarts?
Cold as ice on my ip12.
Scrolling through a chat still crashes, but it's all good. That would've been a quick fix. Though you can't mention iOS-16 compatibility in release notes until September, many developers will update their apps with stability fixes (if so that they can use it themselves) over the summer.FYI the Teams app was updated today.

I've restarted the phone a couple of times.
Be cool if it fixed some of the Teams issues 🤞
At this point, no.
I am running a 6e system with numerous devices attached and all are doing great. The iPad Pro was also until I placed 16 on it.
It starts out great then within a few seconds the speed nosedives. This is for download only.
Same test on the 13 ProMax on 15.5 or Thinkpad on Win10 both show stable DL.
Only the iPad Pro 11 2020 on 16 shows this drop-off behavior.

I've tried network settings, reboot of the router, hard reboot of the iPad. Nothing has had any effect.
Here is the 13 ProMax on 15.5 same time frame. The units are pretty much side by side (my desk).

Just t thinking out loud about the issue with Weather using data most of the time. I have the "Weather" lock screen active, with weather widget also. It appears the actual Weather Lock Screen image changes as the weather changes. So, it would use data somewhat regularly, right? You could try reinstalling the beta with the IPSW file.
Private WiFi Address, since iOS 15, creates a randomised MAC address each time you connect to a WiFi network.Looking at the Wifi Connection details on the iPhone, looks like Private Relay now is “Private WiFi Address” and now sits under each WiFi Connection you have. There is also the option to “Limit IP Address Tracking” as well. Turned them off and… looks like the lag is gone…
I could, but I don't want to go through the process of restoring my data. I'm hoping B2 will be better for me.You could try reinstalling the beta with the IPSW file.

BTW, I installed ("Updated") with the IPSW file after the OTA, and now I have no bugs whatsoever![]()
But it won’t be specifically to iOS 16 yet, right? Until iOS 16 is an official release.

Furious at a first dev beta?

I have mine off. Had issues during 15.5 with these and have had them off since.

I turn it off on my home network too, as I use fixed IP addresses which work off MAC addresses. And it can be a bit temperamental with some routers. While I’m at home that’s off. Safe enough in my eyes.
The heat and its impact on the battery is what concerns me the most. Last summer going into the iOS 15 beta I had 100% battery health and I lost about 3% by the time the public release came out. So I’m holding back this year with my main device probably until b3, seeing how b2 tends to be a bit of a dumpster fire 😂.My iPhone is still pretty warm when using it two days in, especially when adjusting lock screens (less so when using apps). It's not a deal-breaker, though. I have had no instability or issues with apps (others than MS Teams).
Looks like it!!Did the weather app notifications change at all? I am specifically hoping that the weather app now alerts (popup) with a weather alert is issued for the area you are in. I still to this day can't believe this hasn't been put in the app, especially since it does show weather alerts, just no notification.
