Battery %. Novelties worn off. I’ve gone back to the depleting battery icon. That swollen sausage was getting annoying 😆😂

I have just installed the public beta profile on my iPad Pro. But i am only being offered PB 3. Is it the same as developers version 5?

Yes. At this point you could just wait for PB4 to come out in a few days.

Looks like this bug comes and goes, sometimes text messages does come through. iCloud Messages is disabled, and keep messages is set to forever.
There is definitely something weird going on, today I received a text message, first one disappeared, but I was writing something with my keyboard and I saw verification number on my keyboard (I was verifying a bill in my netbank), so I was expecting to receive a text message. I checked Messages app, and it was empty, I requested another verification text message. But this time my keyboard didn't recognize that I received a text message, I opened Messages app and there was a text message, but I didn't receive any notification or a badge.
Added this information in my Feedback I sent earlier. This bug appeared after b5.
Of course, my Apple Pencil 𝘪𝘴 charging while the ipad is charging now. They’re wise to us!
Not a defect but it seems even Apple Weather has to hyperbolic language when discerning weather events compared to Weather Bug 🤣🤣

Are they doing some Alice In Wonderland stuff? I read some are setting it to lock, and it never locks. So do the opposite of what you want?
Exactly it so annoying. Why even have 1M nits, if the sun instantly negates the. What they need is some cooling system that counters the sun.

Likewise, in favor of Carrot ... more than the forecast accuracy (Apple weather was pretty good here), I cannot stand the garish colors of the precipitation map... And Carrot can make you crazy with notifications if you don't reign it in a bit.

I just noticed that Low Power Mode forces the battery % indicator on, even when you have it disabled. I kind of like that - don’t worry about the % until you’ve actively turned on a mode that shows you’re worrying about it.
iPhone 13 Pro, beta 5, settings screen unresponsive
Is it just me? After several weeks and several betas without issue, suddenly for the last couple days the settings screen is unresponsive for 15-30 seconds after waking the phone and tapping SETTINGS. After a 15-30 second delay, the screen becomes responsive and all SETTINGS menus work normally. ???

That looks like it’s pulled directly from either the Storm Prediction Center or Weather Prediction Center text readout for Cobb County (former Alpharettan here!). Are you referring to the use of the word “risk”?

I am a Weather nerd as well and see this term all the time, which is why I was confused. Now I get it. This is actually the correct term being used by Apple.
Never underestimate the ability of a government agency to use long words!
With the latest update I am having issues with my cellular connection on 5G and LTE. Some apps work and some apps don't, it is very strange. On Wifi I have no connection issues on any app. Some apps that cannot connect on my cellular connection are MyVerizon, Best Buy, My banking app NavyFederalCreditUnion, even a system app like mail and a few others I cannot remember off the top of my head. I know it is just these apps because other apps and iMessage work and I can access the websites for the above listed companies and log in and do everything needed. My problem is soley just with a select number of apps (I have not tried every single app I have).
I have tried numerous restarts, removal of sim card, turning off cellular within settings..any advice would be greatly appreciated. I was not experiencing this issue on the earlier builds of 16 just this current one and the last one. I am around Wifi majority of the time so it isn't a major issue especially since I can still technically access needed things through Safari because I don't particularly want to do a restore when say the next update could fix the problem.
