With the latest update I am having issues with my cellular connection on 5G and LTE. Some apps work and some apps don't, it is very strange. On Wifi I have no connection issues on any app. Some apps that cannot connect on my cellular connection are MyVerizon, Best Buy, My banking app NavyFederalCreditUnion, even a system app like mail and a few others I cannot remember off the top of my head. I know it is just these apps because other apps and iMessage work and I can access the websites for the above listed companies and log in and do everything needed. My problem is soley just with a select number of apps (I have not tried every single app I have).

I have tried numerous restarts, removal of sim card, turning off cellular within settings..any advice would be greatly appreciated. I was not experiencing this issue on the earlier builds of 16 just this current one and the last one. I am around Wifi majority of the time so it isn't a major issue especially since I can still technically access needed things through Safari because I don't particularly want to do a restore when say the next update could fix the problem.
Is this with B5 or B6? If it's B6, there's a new thread for that...

Yes, you're right. The relay routing/IP address hiding is done only for Safari traffic, but all DNS traffic is encrypted using Oblivious DNS over HTTPS which can be a better option than DoH or DoT using 1.1.1.1 in certain use cases.
Are you saying that Private Relay is now utilizing the new ODoH? I have not seen much of recent that this has actually taken off. Also not seen anywhere that Apple has actually started using it yet. Thanks for the info.
