This happened again. I mean it’s been a few days so that’s good but it’s def a bug. How can someone using a beta report thisHave not experienced this. Airplay working normally. I have about 6 speakers available and have been selecting the last one since day 2. Last two days selecting multiple speakers without issue.
Restart device; restart Home hub(s)? Are HomePods/ATVs updated?

Just to clarify this is when air playing from music app. Not control center.
I've noticed some random volume issues, but not this. For example, a few days ago Siri started talking unexpectedly quietly for some reason. Asked her to speak louder... Had an issue with car BT playback volume, but that just might have been reset in update.Anyone noticed sound volume on phone calls are really low after ios16?
Yes, this. I have a reduced notification Focus scheduled for the morning before "work" time. Now if another focus (like Workout or Mindfulness) "inturrupts" then the previous Focus isn't restored. Just noticed yesterday, but I didn't think much about it. ==> applefeedback://If during this time, you are on your phone and fiddling in the Settings and change the Focus to a different Focus and then a minute later, you switch it back to the 'Work' Focus, it then 'breaks' the automation in that the 'Work' Focus will now NOT turn off at 4pm.

or ask Siri to "open feedback."
does that mean a new update is coming or not necessarily? This build is no longer signed
does that mean a new update is coming or not necessarily?
A hurricane is going to hit my area tomorrow so I was hoping to not have to deal with an update in the middle of it lolIt means they want you on something other than 16.0. Something new is weeks away. Likely 2nd or 3rd week in October.
It’s cos it’s been 2 weeks since 16.0 was released and 16.0.2 is the current supported release.does that mean a new update is coming or not necessarily?
Yep. As soon as a release is deemed "stable" in the wild, Apple stops signing previous versions. If you have the previous version, it will continue to run without issue (yeah, there are ALWAYS bugs in software)... you just can no longer install it (forward or backward). The goal is to keep you moving forward and Apple only having to support one version of each major version of iOS. As a former software developer, it makes sense from a support viewpoint... but not always from the users perspective. Their circus, their monkey. It’s cos it’s been 2 weeks since 16.0 was released and 16.0.2 is the current supported release.
From what I’ve seen over the years, this is standard.
