iOS 16.2 beta is out tomorrow because apple are on thanksgiving on Thursday its not all week and apple are not on vacation today or tomorrow or Wednesday. only Thursday they on holiday.

Pretty sure many people in the Apple corporate office already took Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday off. Last year iOS 15.4 Beta was not released after Thanksgiving. December 2, 2021.

It could change this year so apple can release it tomorrow and have a break on Thursday or they can start thanksgiving from Wednesday and release the software tomorrow.
