it seems like they're sticking to a similar schedule to last year - last year beta came out thursday and RC on tuesday so while today might be too soon, we will probably see something tomorrow.

Actually me too. The mid of the month is the targeted release date so there’s time (?)

1: beta 5 today/tomorrow.
RC next week of the 12th

not to forget 16.3 beta 1 as well, but that will last 3 weeks until they are back mid Jan.
Yeah will probably drop Thursday I reckon, if we see today or tomorrow activity from the big beta button.
Maybe. Have seen the RC recently worse than the previous beta, so it’s a gamble for us all before Christmas.
Definitely get those encrypted back ups done before installing the next beta/RC incase we need to go back for the Christmas period. And worth downloading the 16.2 beta 4 or which ever beta you loved IPSW now, so you can effortlessly downgrade, “should” anything arise.
I let mine expire over 6 years ago. I can still log in, download betas etc, just can't publish apps afaict 🤷
I think that we will see RC1 today or on Thursday. That’ll leave them with next week for a possible RC2. Then release comes the following week. The last iOS version of the year. Goodby 22, hello 23!!

Question is, if we see RC today, are we already on that build? Could be a massive anti-climax.
Did they announce the new Apple Music karaoke because it’s the RC, which means could be today?
I feel like if the RC was coming today/this week with a release next week they would have announced the Apple Music Sing feature alongside a date.
