Says Karaoke will be available later this month. That may line up with the 16.2 release date on the 19th. Unless they are going to dish out a 16.2.1 immediately after.

Until Thursday, I think.. Another long week for us.
I don’t have to announce it, everybody knows when the latest beta was released and it kinda makes sense that they won’t release a new beta every two days, especially as we’re still not at the end of the beta cycle of 16.2. Furthermore, the latest beta has been quite unstable.
I have mentioned before that I’m expecting 2 more betas, so, clearly, I haven’t thought we were close to the release.
But who knows…
Its known and understood that Apple is typically N +1 or even N+ 2 ahead of what is released to the beta cycles we get correct? Two working days is irrelevant in this instance to release and dev. It's likely that most of apples teams are deep in to working on 16.3 internally now. We get the beta cycles simply to have mass release testing and find bugs they don't, as well as developers updating apps with new api's and such.

at that time we were sitting on Beta 6 of 16.0 - to which they still released 2 more betas and an RC for between then and full public release on 9/12

Hopefully we’ll see something today!
Beta 5 today or RC tomorrow. However beta 4 working great for me. Alarm widget still working, connectivity ok. Only issue is ability to change volume while in a call but I typically use a headset and buttons work fine when using headset. So not really a huge issue. Hope the trend keeps going.
