Just finished up 16.3 I bet we have a LONG wait until 16.4, probably going to be a 16.3.1 and .2

I agree. I don't expect iOS 16.4 to be released until Mid-March. It will follow up with Apple's Spring Event in March of 2023. Hopefully, it's packed with new features and some serious bug fixes. Knock on wood! ✊

Are you on the HomePod beta? I see nothing about a 16.3 HomePod update being released today...

Nope... Updated my wall control iPad and then went to updates. I have one HomePod running the beta but all the others are updating now.

Then it would reflect as the "HomePod Beta Updates" section as updating, not the "Update Downloading" section.

Ok. Just think it's sort of weird that I haven't seen a single article or post about the 16.3 HomePod update being released, and my Home app shows that all of my HomePods are up to date on 16.2. Oh well.

Again... Like I said. I have ONE HomePod that is on the beta and has been for a long time. The 16.3 download is going to my other 11 HomePods, not the one on the beta and already on 16.3

Maybe try toggling off then on the HomePod Automatic update.
ALSO: I am on the new HomeKit architecture, not sure if that matters.

And I’m saying that it shows you’re installing a regular release, not a beta. It was directed towards the other person asking about this. 🙂

Being released in mid-March is different than we won't see it as a beta sometime this week.

Given that it was published by Apple and MR as being out today, I can only speculate that these releases were yanked due to some issue with one or both. Hopefully, they get it resolved quickly.
