iOS 16 Speculation Thread

14 apps this morning, for me, needed updating including the Apple Dev app. That’s quite big as I only updated 5/6 last night. Hmmmm 🤔

I wonder how deep this “security patch” has needed to go, who found it, and what it’s capability’s were?

Can’t wait to see this 16.4, I hope from the delay it’s not crazy buggy for my daily 😬 and been worth the wait 🤞🏼

So at the bottom of his newsletter this past Sunday, one of the Q&A questions was asking when the 16.4 beta is coming. So assuming AppleTrack pay for the newsletter they would have been able to see the answer to the question, and I guess that’s where this information came from.
 
To add a little more disappointment, my laptop scheduled to deliver nearly a week ago appears to be floating around the FedEx facility in Memphis with no update on when it might actually be delivered to me. :(

UPDATE: IT guy just said he's overnighting a new one...wtf? I probably AM getting a Chromebook now...hah!

Dang! You are still waiting for the laptop which you were supposed to receive last week. OMG! I wouldn't have waited this long. That's wild!

While we chew the fat, off topic, but how nice this would be if they did an ULTRA iPhone.

Look at that camera housing 😍

Soft white, Grey and Orange 😍

Looks rugged, thicker, more bat space and beefy speaker grills, love that. Im sold!

I love it. Instead of working on Foldable iPhone. Apple should focus on introducing the rugged version. Maybe it will be carrying iOS Ultra.

We say yes, Apple says no.

We’ve had nothing but disappointment for weeks now, odds are nothings gonna change, although now that the HomePod and TVos updates are out it would make sense for it to be today.

But nothing makes sense at Apple anymore, I’ve had a boomer bar that can’t be removed cluttering up my screen for 6 years now, you cannot remove it but you can change a trillion other things in settings. 🤹‍♂️

Foldable, shhmoldable. Its not a door hinge.

Would be nice to have those added extras in the iOS as options... like,
Hide or change lock screen apps.
Switch off the home button, for the Pro user 😆

Damn I'm not planning on upgrading my 14PM this year, but if apple comes out with an Ultra titanium phone... It will be very hard to not give in. I love my watch Ultra so much.

16.3.1 today and 16.4 tomorrow?
Sounds pretty good, even if i want 16.4 TODAY
 
.1 is cool and all but I have to assume 16.4 is chock full of bug fixes and new stuff considering they’ve been working on it for centuries.

Based on Apple's recent activity, iOS 16.4 beta seems late to the game for sure. With that said, it is hard to say for sure which one was released as 16.3.1 was only released for the homepod to address a pairing issue. I would think we should see something though, lol.
