I see a tvOS update at least, very slow servers with this roll out.

Same in Washington. Except, again, the Watch and HomePods are downloading fine; they all have developer profiles installed. For some reason phone and Mac with developer profile/seed access don't seem to want to see the update.

It's 1:50am here in the Philippines and I'm still not seeing the RC as well. 😣

Unlikely. Press releases and product announcements tend to come first, then the RC so it doesn’t get spoiled, and then public release.

Watch, HomePods, iPhone have all been updated by my M1 Air still isn't seeing it either. At least we're all in this together, I guess
