Beta 1 is running so well on my iPhone 11 (and Ventura on my Intel MBA) that I can only see beta 2 decreasing stability. I'll still be installing it though.

Beta 2 does not necessarily equal a more stable beta. I remember it being quite the opposite in the past.
This is highly likely. Been on a few B1s going B2 and they were an absolute dumpster fire occasionally. I remember iOS 13 (or 12?) having call dropping issues left and right. I hope for the best though, really need to get on this train asap.

Did anybody already try out the improvements for portrait and cinema modes in the camera app?

Apologies if this is the wrong place for my question:

I’ve participated in the Appleseed program the past several years. This year, however, I don’t seem to be invited to the iOS or iPadOS programs, but I am invited to tvOS and watchOS, and maybe HomePod, too (can’t remember).

Have I missed a change along the way? Am I doing something wrong?
Kind thanks in advance.

I’m sure you didn’t do anything wrong. May just be semi-random. Or they are trying to minimize the number of non developers on the first few betas of iOS/iPadOS.

If I remember correctly from my own experiences, even though I'm a paid Dev, running the Dev Beta, I don't get any invites until the Public Beta is out. I also get emails saying there's a new build of all the different devices like HomePod and macOS and stuff..

Mannnnn, another week sucks.
I'm excited, but its too lonnnnnnggggggg.

iOS 15.6 b3 are getting all the fun LOL

Hang in there. Unlike most point releases, the first several betas of a major release frequently have fun new things to discover.

Like most of you have said B1 seems to be relatively stable which is a good thing but I would be lying if I didn’t say I tapped on OTA update check at 1 PM EST and the gear spun for a few seconds longer and it got my hopes up a little. I’m definitely happy with the overall stability of iOS 16-some bugs with third party apps and I’ve definitely had a few shutdowns but that’s to be expected. I’m curious to update and see what’s next for bugs/fixes and if any more features that haven’t been implemented yet come out.

Does anyone remember how many weeks were between 15 B1 and B2? I know we can’t necessarily use that as a guarantee for a release pattern just curious if anyone knows. I hope all of you are doing well!!

iCloud Shared Photo Library is still sparse on details, will we be able to share with people outside our family accounts?
