Well this has been a good week so far, might as well keep it that way as far as iOS 16.6b2.

PB likely tomorrow as 16.6b1 has been fine on iPhone 14 Pro. I still find the health app has a lot of issues with not updating its summary immediately, but that is not vital to most people.
 
Downloading using still-functional profiles on HomePods and Watch; will have to snag iOS IPSW in a minute. And macOS, as has been the norm as of late, will simply have to wait for p*blic.

Does the IPSW dev install on iPhones if apple got rid of dev features and is it activated by iTunes not Xcode?
I don’t know exactly what you’re asking but yes. I haven’t had an active $99/yr membership since 2014 and IPSWs still install just fine using Finder in macOS. Xcode not even installed. Hopefully the same is possible with iOS 17; less than a week till we find out.
