We live in hope 😁Don’t remember which beta it was but it has happened that the beta was released 1-2h “late”
Get the cat and see what its saying!
Edit: If it doesn’t release today that will be the longest time on beta 3 since iOS 7
huh??? where you seeing thatIt’s out
Edit - all other beta 4’s has released but maybe not iOS strange
But last year the same thing happened but on Beta 2. I think the key is when does Beta 4 land relative to the WWDC keynote. I suspect we’ll land at exactly the same place as last year: about 7 weeks.
I bet they release iOS/iPadOS beta 4 at 4pm EST since 15.6 was released at the 1pm EST time slot. It’s out

What a killjoyLooks like 9to5Mac made a mistake they have taken it down now
Gotta have those generic pre-written articles on-hand ready to post so they can earn that ad revenue when every single beta comes out.
Yes for 15, weekly didn't start until B6Like I said Monday morning, there will be no public or dev betas this week since the public beta and the revised dev beta were released last week. We're on a two-week schedule, not one-week, at least not yet.
There's zero chance that 9to5Mac or MacRumors get information from Apple under embargo. The only way these sites may have any insider info is leakers.
They pre-write articles on things that they think are likely to occur in order to be first to the news and get clicks from social media / Reddit to generate revenue.
The press that get information from Apple, under embargo, are these: https://www.macrumors.com/review/m2-macbook-air/
I have to agree with @TechieGeek here - ZERO chance that Apple is seeding these sites information about when a beta will drop. These articles are basically the same copy/paste week to week and then updated after the fact if anything new is found. It's all to get the clicks ASAP from the influx of people hearing about the new beta/software release.I guarantee you that the sources you say do not get embargoed info do get it, at least on major software releases. Possibly not for beta drops but I wouldn’t even be so sure on that.

There's no incentive for Apple to seed this information. For hardware it's different because Apple wants the review sites to get their reviews up just before the devices go up for sale so that people can hear how good the product is, get excited, and be primed to buy.
I think it was a press release published by Apple before the release of beta 3. So all sites got their news there: https://www.apple.com/newsroom/2022...ment-to-protect-users-from-mercenary-spyware/I think Apple will give information ahead of time in certain situations. For example all the stories about Lockdown Mode in beta 3 all hit at exactly the same time across multiple publications, and they were all complete stories with lots of info rather than a shell of a story which was updated after the fact.
They published it on their Newsroom the exact same time articles went live. MacRumors and 9to5Mac both published stories at exactly 10am PDT, which screams embargo to me.I think it was a press release published by Apple before the release of beta 3.
