My prediction: EVERYONE will create a new avatar of themselves (using some photo they have in the Photos app), play with one or two other prompts, see the results, AND THEN NEVER OPEN THE APP AGAIN.

I'm predicting that Genmoji will be *very* popular. They're a lot of fun. And this is coming from someone that never liked memoji.

Not from what I've experienced. If you try to use a photo with two people it says "try a photo with the face more in view."

A possible hack is to generate two separate photos and then put them side by side in another app.
Anyone have any other ideas on this? Two people or a person and an animal (dog or cat )?

I started playing with playground. I noticed that not all of the people in photos show when I select a person. I discovered a work around though. Close the playground app. Go to photo app and select the person’s photo. Select the send icon. When the window appears scroll to the right and select the … More app choices. Select the playground app.
There's a much easier way to handle that. Instead of tapping the button with a person symbol tap the one with a plus symbol. Then select "choose photo" and you can pick any person from any photo in your camera roll. It's very annoying that Genmoji doesn't have something similar.
250 character input limit is an absolute joke, the tool is completely useless at this level. With easily obtained open source tools (e.g. Stability Matrix) and widely used models (SD, Flux, etc.) Apple could have created something wonderful, instead we get a cartoon generator that's a year behind state of the art.
It's cute. It checks the box of "we got AI generated images, too!" perfectly. People that want 'State of the Art' AI generators still have that option on their Macs with 3rd party as well, just not with Apple. Apple has been prone to ambulance chasing lawsuits and this was a smart/safe move on their part.
Pretty much as unless as Apples other AI stuff - so disappointingly awful for a company with so much revenue.
