Hi mate. My first IP16 PM got this issue after updating to 18.1.1 (out of the box its 18.0). Then my second IP16 PM got this issue after updating to 18.3.1 (out of the box its on 18.2). Not sure if this a software or hardware defect. But this issue can be solved by disabling AOD. So im assuming this is a software issue that hopefully can be addressed to Apple to be resolved by next future updates.

Exactly this. And it got worse with the new beta.

Hopefully it will be resolved on future updates. Kinda annoying really when it flickers.

I still have my keyboard lag since my iPhone XS Max. Later 3 years 13 Pro Max and now 16 Pro Max. Still the same issues.

Hey man, I am coming from a discussion you started about 128 GB of RAM for mac pro 6,1. So did you ever successfully install it??? I am trying to find out in particular - whether LRDIMM RAM is compatible????

Yes, I did; however, I had to replaced that Mac Pro and sold it on eBay to someone who knew how to fix it...that's the only I got 128GB Ram to work...thanks for asking
