Now that the iPad mini is out it leaves just Macs for an event now, which they did do last year. If we don't see invites for an event today then I think we could be looking at press releases for new Macs too.

This is all based on the rumoured 28th October date from Mark Gurman.

They would have had to load the mini with 18.1 weeks ago. I'm thinking it will launch with 18.0.1. If Gurman is right, that means the Mini has to wait 5 days to get 18.1.

Be odd if they did before the RC, usually the next point seeding is around the time of the public release of the current cycle. But again we live in strange times with AI push. Looking for Beta 7 of MacOS today.
