It better not be. Battery life is still a dumpster fire and there a bugs all over the place, especially when you try to use Mails new setup and try to view a message that is a day old or older.
Beta 4 has a lot of visual glitches, so let’s hope it’s not final
They would have made some changes in the builds since beta 4 was release. So even if they release public today it would be a diferent build with a bunch of fixes. They already know a lot of the bugs included in each beta release.
The beta’s been very stable for me… 🤷🏼♂️

I have never had a beta as stable as a decent final release
Whatever background logging processes they do leads to a very unstable experience within a few weeks no matter what the average day to day experience is like. It just doesn’t stay that way. UNstable.
I only install RCs now if possible
I have to recharge before noon if I don’t want to be dead by 4 or 5pm.
It’s usually spot on at 1PM Eastern. What makes you think a 30 min wait is necessary?
It's never spot on at 1PM... It's always 10 mins - even an hour after.
