So far so good. No issues. No app redraws. Nothing.
There are countless posts on Reddit, repeatedly for every beta release, about this.No one outside of MacRumors members care about this
Showed up a second after I posted (and a whole 45' after iOS/iPadOS but who's counting 😬)Was Germany/Switzerland here …
Force close safari and it fixes it.The auto text contrast in Safari is extra broken now, a regression from beta 2.
Dark website not so bad but date doesn’t react to light parts underneath.

Dare I say that the keyboard fly-in bug has been fixed?!
Almost 11gb on my iPhone 16PM from DP2.Just 4.31gb on my 17 Pro (coming from 26.1 beta 2)
What revised 26.0.1? 26.0.1 is released and done. From my understanding. Apple has three separate OS 26 builds being worked on.
This is causing an issue internally and mostly likely the team is not focusing on 26.1. Rushing to get 0.0.1 and 0.0.2 released in time for product launches “next week”
- Revised 26.0.1 build
- 26.0.2 build
- 26.1 beta 3 build
Force quit and reopen works for tabs already open but not new sites opened. The whole status+toolbar dark translucent background’s missing except after force quitting. Also, sometimes the full-size toolbar doesn’t collapse into the mini url bar when scrolling up.Force close safari and it fixes it.
Wasn’t for me. And was present in B2. It got a lot better in B2 where only parts of the keyboard went flying. Now it seems like a complete fix. That i believe was fixed in 26.0.1.

Which icon redraw problem?Really hoping it fixes the icon redraw problem.
16 pm. It's pretty stripped down. Just a few rows of icons that I use regularly and the rest go into a folder called apps and everything resides in there. Then I use spotlight to open said apps. I don't like clear mode. It's ugly. What product ? Also how do you have your home screen set-up?
This is how they always operate, they also have 26.2, 26.3 and (most importantly) 26.4 in testing. From my understanding. Apple has three separate OS 26 builds being worked on.

The problem with caching is usually knowing when to invalidate the cache. Maybe they aren’t confident about that.I don't understand how icon redraw is still an issue. Is freshly drawing icons every time really less computationally expensive than caching them when the wallpaper changes?
I think this person was referencing that it's rumored that iOS 26.0.1 will be re-released as a revised update, so iOS 26.0.2 won't necessarily be released as the next updateWhat revised 26.0.1? 26.0.1 is released and done.
The rest is normal software development. I bet they are working on even more branches like 26.2 and 26.3, maybe even fist 27.0-concepts.
Software development does not work „one-after-the-other“, you’re working on different branches of your software in parallel.
Why would you expect it on a beta?Still no US Passport in Apple Wallet.

Which icon redraw problem?
I have Safari on my dock as well on my iPhone 16, but I'm not experiencing any stutter problemsI’m seeing stutters when opening Safari from the dock often. Hopefully gets smoother once the indexing is done.
Edit: Other apps as well
