accessibility, touch, tap or swipe to wake - turn it off. The downside is that you'll have to press the side button to wake the phone up, but I can live with that vs accidentally taking photos and videos ...
Most of the time I pick the phone up to unlock so don't have to do the side button too often, but I will turn it on again with this new toggle

Finally, this has been an issue for me ever since moving to an iPhone. Glad to see this!
 
Now that camera control exists every time I swipe to open the camera it’s by accident, good change
 
In camera control you can also select "Double Click" which might make it less likely to launch accidentally.
This is not for camera control, this is where you swipe left on the home or lock screen and it invokes the camera. I have been wanting to turn this off for years.
 
I hope they add a setting to disable the lock screen customization mode. I always end up in it by accident, and it's super annoying.

Actually, what I want is the ability to control the level of transparency via a slider control (or at least a stepped control with 4-5 levels of transparency).
