Exactly, you'll have to use a VPN to make it appear you live in a free society instead of Texas.

VPN is also being targeted to stop people using them.

This is the issue.

We need to get back to MAYBE having your own phone at 16. Preferred at 18. Until you are 18, don’t have your own computer. Use a shared family computer in a shared space.

This is why I don’t like where phones are going - foldable. People already spend way too much time on their phone.
