Thanks for the reply. I was able to fix this issue. If I go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options on my iPhone and TURN OFF 'Limit IP Address Tracking,' I can successfully send RCS texts again from my other devices (i.e., Mac, iPad, Apple Watch, etc.). I use T-Mobile, so the issue is more than likely on their end.

Go figure.

I searched for hours on Apple's Support forums and couldn't find anything relevant. I go to MacRumors and I found your post with the solution in minutes. (I also use T-Mobile, BTW.) It was so satisfying to see the Delivered message on my Mac again. 😃 I knew it was related to 26.5 because I didn't have the issue on my devices that are too old to run it.

I'm going to add a link to your post to the thread I started on the Apple Support forums. Also sending it to my brother, who's been a data comm software engineer for years since I think he'll get a kick out of it.
