I explained why in post #44.Why wait for the glitch? I always Force Restart after every OTA update.

For me I use a basic wallpaper 😇I’ve already grown tired of the stripes on the lock screen and Notification Center from the new pride wallpaper :/

Reeeeeeeally there was a way to blur them like you can blur the Home Screen. Liquid Glass notifications just don’t look great with stripes behind.

Exactly; I always saw force restarting/“hard rebooting” as a last resortAll these glitches (which occasionally do appear) can also be solved by a regular reboot, by the way (either a regular power off followed by a power on, or a "reboot" shortcut that does it cleanly in one shot). I never do "hard reboots" as that's the equivalent of pushing the reset button on a PC (or just keeping the Power button of a MacBook pressed for 5 seconds until it powers off), which can result in corrupt files.
I have no idea why people think a hard reset is better, when a regular reboot also does it and solves all glitches.
Why not? I installed mine with the devices app. It was RC2 but it has the same Build Number. So I guess it should work without any issues.Does anybody know if this is safe to install using Apple Devices? 😃

So RC2 is the Public 26.5? lolLet’s goooooo
Or, as RC2 users will say: ok, nothing to do here.
Why lol? You know what "RC" stands for, right? Usually the first RC should be the public release, as it is - well - a "Release" Candidate! 🙄So RC2 is the Public 26.5? lol
Well yeah, the feedback app also just un-installed itself. Why lol? You know what "RC" stands for, right? Usually the first RC should be the public release, as it is - well - a "Release" Candidate! 🙄
They can: Classical, Keynote, Pages, Numbers, etc. Oh wait, you mean built-in apps like Safari or Stocks, or Messages. Hmm I remember Windows gettings sued before because of Explorer being built-in native to the OS or something like that.Apple needs to find a way to fix bugs in specific apps without having to wait and then push an entire iOS update.
I say *need*, but they've never done it so I suspect it's more a "want" on my side 😁

Here’s another UI bug introduced with the reintroduction of compact tab bar, I think.Doesn’t look like Safari’s UI quirks are getting fixed in the iPadOS 26 release cycle.
