And the more I look at the new battery statistics, the less I understand them. They don't show usage since you unplugged it, but rather the last 24 hours. They even count the hours you spend charging it. They're unreliable, and I hope they change it, because what it shows right now isn't very useful.
Yep, these things have to be server related because I can no longer use ChatGPT via Siri and nothing has changed on my phone. And like others, I am back to the old style Siri orb.
Do any of the "Use Model" Shortcuts from the Shortcuts Gallery work for anybody?

`Morning Summary` just says "The request exceeded the maximum allowed length." But the request hasn't been modified from what Apple provided.

Same here. All my videos play in VLC. For the time being in this 1st DB, the native file viewer seems to ignore videos.

Really, really glad to read that swiping on the iOS 26 keyboard feels faster, snappier, more accurate and reliable. On 18 it is a bit unreliable and sometimes I have to delete and re-swipe.

mine is quite high at 12GB but I recently did backup/erase/restore which is what you could do to minimise it
Mine’s good. But I’ve seen a lot of icons regularly mess up ever since 18.0db1. A reboot usually fixes it.
It’s stuck between its light and dark mode versions. When this occasionally happens to me, I just pop into the “Customize” Home Screen option to send the apps into jiggle mode and then toggle the switch to make app icons large/small and that always fixes the issue.
Here’s to hoping that beta 2 is better on my battery and heat, these last couple weeks have been a little painful for me
Seems to have sorted itself out now. Or maybe there isn't anything newsworthy to put in there. We'll see.
I did try reboots & looking though settings for news & weather but didn't help.
Yep. I was at 98% with around 310 cycles when I installed the beta. Now I’m down to 95% with 330 cycles.
Yeah. This’ll probably lead me to purchasing either the iPhone 17 air or the pro, kind of tired of the max size since I have a 13 inch iPad Pro, and since the new phones are going to have a vapor chamber for cooling 😂 much needed right now
