CAUTION: Wi-Fi was required to complete the post-update setup assistant after installing, despite having a working 5G connection (with “Allow more data” ON) prior to installing. This caught me off guard as it is not a normal requirement after an update.
You can just cancel out of that screen to choose a network. However, Apple Intelligence will always download over Wi-Fi when available.

A few things I have noticed.

As I reported in beta 3 the enter key is still too high up on the larger 12.9” / 13” iPads
The Dark mode icon for camera is revised (The ring around the lens is darker)
And the cut symbol on the keyboard is smaller than the other icons.

Just a few tiny things, I’ve noticed.

I mean fps only. The screen might be 120hz, but the animations are not rendering at a smooth 120fps
The Hz is variable. At peak it's 120, but it is often 60. I have seen videos showing how really fast actions are only like 80-90 Hz. I could be wrong, but I do not believe iPhones will render more frames than they can display, so your FPS should be same as your Hz.

This. It throttles based on content (e.g. watching a 24hz movie will ensure your display runs at 24hz too to save battery, only kicking into higher refresh rates when e.g. notifications come in or you start interacting with stuff).

I'm not even sure if all iOS native interactions trigger 120hz, or whether they're capped at 90 or even 60hz. I know that not every app works with above 60hz, some never added support for that.
