I won't tell you the decryption method, so you'll just have to take my word for it.
I'm not an expert though - it's something like "beeta will droop on tewsday".
As expected, it's Sunday evening on the west coast and nothing. Nada. Zilch.
AI "email" from "Craig" notwithstanding, I got exactly what I expected. Beta 2 tomorrow.

26.1 B1 has been extremely stable and fast, looking forward to B2, and hopefully they'll fix the annoying small UI glitches.
Always look on the bright side. If there is a delay, it's because they found the problem in alpha and are fixing it rather than waiting for beta testers to find it and go 1-2 weeks before fixing it. Any delay is a good thing.

I just got a nice AirPods Max stand delivered, and Anker's new Qi2.2 25W car charger. iOS 26.1 beta 2 would be the cherry on top.
I will say, I do find it quite curious that they released the public beta a couple days after beta 1, and didn't release beta 2 last week. Would it shock me if something is holding up beta 2? It would not. And yes, I know it can be released any time in the next half hour.
Everyone hold your horses. Tim's AI agent has to finish it's virtual latte....
