When they've released a release candidate without a changelog and labeled it as beta, the official release has been a new build. I have no reason to think this time will be different, but with Apple lately it's hard to predict haha

In the past, there have been public releases a day after a RC2 release, and seeing the few changes in this second RC, they could very well release the official version today. Although I think tomorrow will be the chosen day for the official release. I'm inclined to think the first beta of 26.3 will arrive next week.

Would I be shocked if Apple announces AirTag 2 tomorrow morning followed by a 23.2 release later in the day? No, I would not.

I don’t have info or anything. But the original AirTag release coincided with an iOS 14.5 release, and I think it would be smart timing to push AirTag 2 sales as a stocking stuffer.
