Possible, however this will be strange. First they release RC1 last Monday, instead of Beta 4, so they must have been pretty confident by then. Then RC2 came this Monday, instead of the expected public release.
Basically, I would still expect the public release today, unless Apple really got it wrong this time. 🤷🏻♂️
i think its late for there to be any product launches, too close to the holidays. not expecting any till early 2026.

Fitness+ is expanding to new countries and it'll get German dub support next week on Monday.
Now people take days off work instead of just a couple of hours (unless you use Apple Device app which requires a week)

its more then likely a software engineer that pushes out the updates so no on that one being the case.
I was more referring to an ongoing joke that he actually has a big red button on his desk that pushes out software updates
