Updated iPad Pro M4, iPhone 17 Pro Max and MacBook Pro M3 Pro like 30 minutes after release was announced here. All were done within 20 mins. Not noticing any difference from 26.2.1 TBH, performance wise or otherwise to be honest.

26.3 next week, 26.4 B1 the week after, that would match the midt February timeline for 26.4
There is no such plan as "mid-february". The rumors of a apple announcement for the new Siri says "second half of February" - Could be anywhere between feb 14 and feb 28...

I remembered the rumor wrong 😔 but 26.4 B1 next week with 26.3 will put it in the first half of February and even less likely with the second half rumor

I will be interested to see when beta 1 for 26.4 comes out. I have this feeling it won't be next week since Apple supposedly plans to show off what is coming in the second half of Feb. I also have a feeling this might be a good beta cycle to sit out the first 1 or 2 betas to let them get some kinks worked out since supposedly this will be a larger overhaul.

Historically for the last three years, the X.4 has been four betas and a RC (one case 2 RCs). So if that is the case again and they don't release until say Feb 16 week, we are looking at early to mid April for a public release.

93% after one year isn’t that exceptional.
The early betas might pushed it a bit harder but it’s not the only reason for the battery degradation.
93% on iOS 18 is a heck of a lot better than on iOS 26 though.

But, I will say so far so good with the 26.3 RC it has helped!

Thrilled to see this new Siri and if they are really able to implement this on-screen awareness with 26.4 or if this feature will be again delayed.

The truth is, they've probably been working on 26.4 for some time now, so it's possible they won't need much more than the traditional four betas. And if they maintain the same schedule of four betas and a Release Candidate, releasing it next week or the week after would allow them to meet a public release deadline for the week of late March/early April.

And if they need more betas, the sooner the first beta is released, the more feedback they'll get on potential bugs and the more time they'll have to fix them before the official release.
