Not seeing any rumors of 26.5.1 being released or public beta for 26.6 being released. So nothing notta so far......

Something very odd happened to me. My phone is in English but I'm in France . A few days ago someone left me a voicemail in French and it was perfectly transcribed. Usually it's in a hilarious gibberish !
I tried calling myself to test (from an other phone) and the transcription was again total nonsense when in French but ok in English.
I have no idea what could have happened...

Rumor is it will be this week between 5/26 and 5/28. Thursday it is then 🙂 (Thursday is a typical release day for these type of updates) Guess I will go with that.

I would not call Thursday a typical release day, here is some history:

By any chance were your two transcription tests conducted within the same voicemail message? Or were they in two separate messages?

I ask because I would certainly anticipate an automated transcription failure in the former scenario, but I feel like automation would tend to fair better when only a single language is present in the message.

If it was the latter... I got nuthin'.

Thank you for answering ! It was exactly with the same message. I just tried calling my self again. Transcription good in English but not in French. Go figure 🤯
