iOS 27 Beta 3 ― Bug Fixes, Changes, and Improvements

The keyboard doesn’t switch from light mode to dark mode when in dark mode anymore. iPhone now shows pics to import in Photos in Golden Gate beta 3. Able to sync a video that was edited on iOS from photos on Mac. Indexing is back since completing within 36 hours on beta 1. Every now and then I get a blank icon in Siri spotlight for an app. Messaging in iCloud sync is working for me now.

I do think they should frost/blur the Home Screen when you pull down to use spotlight. I will say this is perhaps the most stable beta process in quite awhile. In the past, beta 2 and 3 could be trash, but not in iOS 27. Still going through battery longevity testing.

Typing in the Siri app is still sluggish and if you type to fast the words don't space, the spacebar doesn't work as it should. However, the scrolling is much smoother after it has answered.
iPhone Air got super-hot during the install. So far seems okay otherwise.

Solid beta ! I think at this point iOS 27 Beta 3 is equally as stable as iOS 26.5 Final

1. Lock screen buttons seem to go change color opposite of light/dark mode.

2. Sleep Focus lock screen no longer aggressively dims the notifications.

3. Dark mode seems darker if that makes sense.

4. Was there always a shortcut for Accessibility in the Display and Brightness menu?

I’m not even sure they’re opposite of light/dark mode / they’re so staunchly different. I strongly dislike the tint/opaqueness of the lock screen icons in light mode, as well as the random change into being black icons?? They’re just so.. blah.

I guess it’s a bug, as they look lighter and more transparent (as before) in the Dark Mode.

It’s because you are in Satellite view. If you change to the default (Explore), they get back to black and blue.

beta 3 seems very solid to me, yes some little ui bugs left and right. But it's expected and not really affecting my daily experience on using the phone

Anyone have any ideas on this, on my iPad I ask Siri what’s in my calendar for tomorrow and it comes back with my schedule and events, ask Siri on my 17 pro and it says nothing is in your calendar for tomorrow, same calendar synced across and I can see stuff on it on the iPhone

The bug where when we adjust the brightness and media volume in notification centre while there is youtube/music playing in background stuttering is still present. Lets do a file report as this has been dragging for quite few past beta if i remember correctly
