The biggest annoyance for me is app icons going blank in Spotlight search the moment they get updated. It's been a problem since Dev B2, B3 and still B4. Really hope 5 fixes this one; the only fix for now is a reboot, which is annoying. At least typing "restart" into Spotlight search or just asking Siri to restart the iPhone makes it quick.
My friend on his 17 pro max didn’t report having the issue too. I had this with 5x on my 16 pro max.

I like to imagine there's someone at Apple responsible for this, and their goal is "break it sufficiently such that they're no longer able to type out their complaints about the keyboard".

(Yes, if you don’t want to go through this process, you won’t be able to install some apps and all installed browsers are locked into safe content mode).
Get a mastercard/visa gift card - transfer it to your Amazon balance (leaving it at $0 value) and use that card for "registration" 🙂. Works with other sites that require a credit card for free accounts.

com.apple.fm.language.instruct_3b.base model for the underlying generation capability. Then for each voice, the OS downloads a natural.premium TTS bundle. That's in the 200-300MB range per voice. The Pace and Expressivity options come from a preset file containing parameters that steer the voice generation.
I’m on 17 pro max dev beta 4 and mine doesn’t turn off when scrolling notis. You said viewing which means not touching it. It says scrolling which means touch.
My screen still times out when dealing with notifications. Super annoying and I really hope this is actually included in B5.
Like notifications from the pull down? I set all of my phones to 1 or 2 minute screen time outs because of other instances of it turning off when using the 30 seconds option.
Yes I tested this after reading the original complaint by locking the phone, tapping it, not unlocking it and scrolling lock screen notifications and my screen stays on the entire time. Did anyone try messing with lock screen time out settings or lock screen settings in general to see if it triggers the update of not turning off.
