These are what's new so far:

2 new fonts in notes (You only gave us 1 new font)
Notes option in settings where you can change fonts
Facetime shortcut through Messages (4 only)
Thumps up and down on youtube app
Different text tones for different people
You can now import .ics calendar events directly for events
Parental controls for deleting apps, changing mail accounts and location services
Text search on web pages
and apparently it's a bit faster.

Probably a week or so. It doesn't matter though, anybody can use this build, and it will be identical to the public release.

Now for the IPSW files. The problem with FTP is that it's slow and these files are pretty large.

Direct download is faster, although slower to upload.
No problem for iTunes; 10 minutes left for iPad build.
