I tried to update itunes even though I was on 10.1 and then the 4.2 showed up.

Just got 4.2 available but when I clicked to download it stopped. Now says 4.1 latest version again.

This happened to me too.

I know WTF!!!!!

And the plot thickens... just now I got it to connect, then and error came up saying "resource not available."

I just want to get it before the servers get smoked.

I checked for update and the 4.2 update popped up. I clicked on download and update and the box closed. Clicked check for updates again and it said that 4.1 is current

The same thing happened on my iPad.

Jesus Apple, they cant even put an update on a server so we can update getting multiple failing attempts. Apple are a bunch of *****. If you say the update is available then let people download the ****in thing.
