iOS 4.3 released. What shall we do?

Hi guys.

I'm really new to this. I was really dumb and jailbroke my iPhone 4 some days ago. Today, iOS4.3 was released (new features). I'm really happy after jailbreaking and installed many packages. But, I want the features of iOS 4.3 upgrade. What shall I do?

Is there any way to back-up my packages, wait for 4.3 jailbreak and restore the packages?? Any ideas on this?

Please help.
 
You should wait until the jailbreak is release and update safely. I've been stuck at 4.1.0 for a while and have had no reason to update. I have waited months, I can sure wait a couple more days.
 
when i looked for pkgbackup in cydia, i saw two choices. one for 7.99 and the other is free. whats the difference

ok, great, thanks! I justed installed pkgbackup, (backed up and synced), but one thing...
How can I know if the packages works with 4.3?? I experienced that some of the were availble for earliers iOS versions... Is this update that same case or what??
 
Sit on your @#$%@#$@! hands and wait for a jailbreak from the iphone dev team or the chronic dev team.

Do not @#$@# up your phone and lose your jailbreak and unlock by installing 4.3!!!

Do not let your dog, your neighbor, your friend, or your creepy uncle update your phone by "mistake"!

Far too late to tell OP that. He went ahead and did what the uninformed posters above told him.
 
Plz answer my question. Will my (backed up) packages for example iFile/Youttube etc work if I wait for 4.3 jailbreak?

Whether or not they work has nothing to do with you waiting for the JB. When the developers of those apps update them to work for 4.3 (if necessary) then they'll work.
 
Yeah I would wait a while. No point in rushing into the upgrade anyways.
 
Depends on your needs. If you need (or desire in the future) an unlock, I would wait. If you are factory unlocked or otherwise don't need/care about it, there's no harm in updating to 4.3. There are some nifty new features and undoubtedly a lot of security fixes and patches under the hood from 4.2.1. You can always jailbreak down the road when it becomes available.
 
Remove the god damn repo offering PKGBackup for free - that's what I'd do
 
just relax if you don't have a least a little patience Jailbreaking isn't for you. Soon the better Devs will update there JB apps to work with 4.3 or verify they are working. 1st the Dev0team will confirm JB is still working. After JB is out give it a week or a little more and most better apps will be updated. mean time fallow the words from this song.

im updating my wifes iphone 4 shez not a cydia fan, actually im downloading the ISO 4.3 now to update it.
