iOS4 Fiel Test Mode
The "Strength" app is not that useful really.
Im in iOS4.3.2 JB iPhone4.
Is there a
official document or
other user-guide instruction on how to use the Field Test Mode
? I want to be able to display the strength , Band and Protocol informatin if possible.
Some info here:

There is an Cydia App called "Signal" which presents the FTM info ina more useful manner, but much of the data like "Uplink URARFCN" (frequency) is still raw codes rather than being actual band frequency. And, it seems to show only the connected cell data. No data for "unavailable" cells, such as Telstra, if your mobile plan is with Optus for example.
It also is not correctly mapping the cell tower location that my phone is connected to.
Tried out the app extensively today. The first thing that became obvious was that the locations of all the cell towers were completely wrong, their locations were off by many km. My guess is that consideration for use in the southern hemisphere has been overlooked and the cordinates are upside-down and back-to-front. Fix this bug, and show the actual Band used for the connection rather than the Freq'y code, and this will be a Brilliant App.
As an example, I was looking at the connected tower directly west of where I was standing, but the Signal Map showed the tower about 10km to the South-east of me. The mapping was consistantly 0% correct.
