You're running a BETA Os. 3rd party apps are expected not to work until they release an update. Revert back to ios4 if you need to run 3rd party apps perfectly.

That's odd. I have no trouble with any of my podcasts (~10 feeds). None of them are ESPN though.
Quick question, how do I update my Apple TV2 to the new beta. Haven't had to update it before, but I want to use airplay from my iPhone 4 beta 6. Do I register its UDID? Can I just do it as an OTA update like it normally does?
I have to do a restart to get the swipe down action to work, and after a few minutes, it goes back to NOT working

Is anyone else finding that they are MUCH more limited in what can be shown in notification center? This is what I am limited to, and I used to have almost all apps on there.
You need to register the UDID. It doesn't update Beta's OTA so you have to plug it in to the PC by mini USB and do the usual Restore way. Which a pain as gotta set up as new each beta, but that's the price of Beta

I am having the same issues but it also extends to push not being consistsnt as well. I thought I was crazy. This build seems better on the battery but worse on features that were working now stopped working. Beta 4 had all features working as advertised now it is not reliable to get any notification.

Could somebody give me a link to XCode 4.2? I have a developer membership, I just can't seem to find the download link.

Silly question, but have you checked the notification center settings and made sure email has banner enabled and view in lock screen is on? As default settings email is not turned on for either of these.

not only does restoring photos still appear in my photos app, but i have found from the very beginning, iCloud back up is very inconsistent. it says my storage is a mere 400mb yet the back up was "incomplete". i have a white iPhone 4 so no old technology there. By looking at this forum, unless A LOT of these issues are fixed in the next beta, i can't see a GM for a while. A public worthy GM anyway

There is a profound Audio but in IOS 5 beta 6. I submitted a bug report this morning to Apple. My app development hangs on the revision of this SDK. Because some bits are rather shady still I must admit its quite stable despite the bug. Itunes on the other hand still needs some work. It's all coming along slowly. You public lot will be happy when it all comes out and is nice and spiffy.

Explain what you mean by the backup being incomplete? Music does not backup, nor does video. 3rd party Apps are a bit spotty on backup as they have to be updated to support the iCloud APIs. Is you issue to do with either of those 2 points?
My iCloud backups have been spot on and consistent within these known parameters.
