I wouldn't be suprised if it was for the new iPhone only.

Yup. In a way, it's a folder itself. If it was able to be put into a folder, it wouldn't be able to open correctly.

Apple just isn't one to let us hide app icons.

Doubt it should eventually get to the iPad and iPod if the technology is released in iOS5.

what interests me the most... hmm, I think the new notifications on the home screen is the most useful.

Erm, the scroll down for notifications- I've used that about 3 times this month. It's there - but I've never had to use it because I've grown to not relying on it.

iCloud -- erm yeah -> not very interesting.

PC-less? That only happens once in at least 6 months.

I don't know what I am interested in the most in iOS 5.

iMessage works for me though!

Watch this:

I hate Reminders though - it's so different from the other OS apps.

WiFi sync is great, but I don't sync often.

iCloud Backup is great.

I haven't used multitasking gestures on iPad yet though.

The notifications. However until I see & experience how they are implemented I'll reserve judgment. If they're as good as those on my SGS II, I will be satisfied.

For example, I find the "Contacts" app to be a very redundant given that the contacts can be accessed from the Phone.

have you ever needed to get a phone number/address/email address from your contacts whilst on a call? Thats where contacts app is useful as you cannot do it any other way on a call.

You can easily access contacts right from the call. The contacts app is redundant indeed.

Notifications for me.
Also interested to see how they have got on making the to-do app. there are so many of them around - but not many are good!

delete News stand

Looking forward to the notifications center the most, because notifications are awful the way they work now.

I don't like Newsstand, because I have no desire to use it and I can't hide it. You should be able to hide it and any other Apple app.

I don't even have News Stand. I must have deleted it when I first got the phone?

I think ios5 as a whole, is what I am most interested in. It seems to be big enough change to breath a lot of fresh air into the os.

Really though, I am more excited about just getting a new phone. My 3gs has broken glass, a non working vibrate button, is terribly slow, seems to not be able to hold a signal very well anymore, and gps has become pretty much useless.

The money is pretty much burning a hole in my pocket as we speak, so someone better release something soon, be it Apple or maybe Samsung. :)

Yes, I am even considering an Android phone. I just don't know if I wanna deal with the return to get the next iphone, as we all know that is very possible. :p

Personally, ios5 seems a bit of a yawn-fest for me. The betas I've played with didn't excite me at all. They're all nice additional features, but let's face it, they should have been in there a year ago.
